Welcome to F.I.T. Personal Training! I am excited to share with you a little bit about my background and what fuels my passion for fitness.

I am a graduate of California State University Northridge with a B.S. in Exercise Science/Physical Education. I have worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and coach since 1989. My journey started at an early age as a competitive athlete, and I have never looked back. It is my passion for fitness and personal well-being that continues to be the driving force in my life. By continually studying the scientific “why” of training and programming, I stay current with the ever-evolving trends of the fitness industry.

Together we will “plan your work and work your plan.” The entire time, seeing positive results, while taking care of not just any body, but YOUR body.


Katie’s education, years of experience, and keen eye for form speaks volumes about her as a personal trainer and coach. Her in-depth assessment process, well thought out training plans, and progressed programming always remains challenging and I hate to admit it...Fun.
